Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Graze Yourself. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders & payment

When ordering from Graze Yourself, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure freshness and preparation. Booking is subject to schedule availability. Your order is confirmed only upon our approval of the requested date and time. Payment is required after booking confirmation and is accepted via e-transfer (ETR) with instructions provided. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if cancellation policies are met.

Cancellations & changes

Life happens, we get it. Should you need to cancel or change your order, please note:

Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in partial or full forfeiture of your payment. If rescheduling is necessary due to illness or emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Allergies & dietary restrictions

We happily accommodate dietary needs. However, please be aware:

We provide nut-free, gluten-free, pork-free, and vegetarian options upon request. Note that our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies consume at their own risk.

Delivery & pickup

Getting your graze on is easy with our delivery and pickup policies:

Delivery and setup times are arranged in advance and must be confirmed 24 hours before the event. For wooden trays or décor, return all items within 48 hours, or we can arrange pickup. Missing or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

Presentation & storage

To ensure optimal enjoyment and safety, please note:

Our trays are made fresh and are intended to be enjoyed the same day. If not consumed immediately, they should be refrigerated. Once delivered or picked up, we are no longer responsible for the safety, storage, or presentation of the food.

Use of images

We love to showcase our creations. Here's what you need to know:

We may photograph our work for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your setup or event shared, please let us know in advance.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy, here's our policy:

Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order if you are not satisfied. If there is a clear issue (e.g., wrong order, missing items, or quality concern), we will offer a partial refund or replacement. Photos may be required to assess the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our items, refunds or replacements are not offered after the food has been consumed.

London, ontario specifics

For our local customers in London, Ontario, please be aware of these details:

We offer delivery throughout London for a flat fee of $7.50. Additional fees apply for locations outside London; please contact us for a quote. Local pickup or delivery only—we do not currently offer shipping. Ensure food setup is permitted if delivering to a public space.
